In addition to our standard features, we offer numerous options to customize your Classic Series shed. Additional doors and windows, custom floor upgrades, roofing upgrades, deluxe apperance and trim package, cupolas, weathervanes and more…

 Sono Tube Footings:
Let it blow!

 Floor Upgrades:
For boys with big toys.

• 12” O.C. (on center) floor joists - $0.50 per square foot of floor
• 5/8” Advantech Plywood - $0.50 per square foot of floor
• 3/4” Advantech tongue and groove - $1.00 per square foot of floor
• Advantech OSB Plywood has a 50 year warranty

 Doors:
Better access for ride-on mowers and motorized toys.

• 3’ board and batten door - $100
• 4’ board and batten door - $160
• Extra 6’ board and batten double door - $200
• Change 3’ door to 4’ double board and batten doors - $60
• Change 3’ door to 6’ double doors - $100
• Change 3’ board and batten door to 36” bead board door - $25
• Extra 3’ bead board door - $125
• Extra 6’ bead board double doors - $250
• All doors come with hardware and ramp. Note: doors on saltbox style can only be placed on the front of the building due to framing restrictions.

 Ramps and Steps:

• Extra pine ramp - $45
• Pressure treated ramp (36"x40”) - $60
• Pressure treated step (8"x12"x42”) - $50

 Windows:
Classic sheds come standard with one (12’ or smaller buildings) or two (14’ or larger buildings) 22” x 28” 4-lite stationary window(s).

• Upgrade to 24"x41” vinyl opening windows with trim, grilles and screens - $150
• Extra 22” x 28” 4-lite stationary window - $75
• Extra 24"x41” vinyl opening window - $200
• All windows come with window boxes with brackets and shutters
• Vinyl windows come with vinyl louvered shutters
• Stationary windows come with wood shutters

 Roofing:
Classic buildings come standard with 25 year GAF 3-tab roof shingles. The below roofing options are also available.

• 30 year Architect roof shingles - $1 per square foot
• White cedar roof shingles with cap - $6 per square foot
• Red cedar roof shingles with cap - $8 per square foot

 Lofts:
Only available for the Classic Cape shed.

• 4’x8’ - $60
• 4’x10’ - $70
• 4’x12’ - $80
• Custom sizes: available at $2.50 per square foot

 Shelving Units:
12” wide with 3 shelves.

• 6’ shelving - $70
• 8’ shelving - $80
• 10’ shelving - $90

 Deluxe Appearance Package:
Includes natural/primed red cedar clapboard or cedar shingles on the front wall only! Pre-primed smooth trim with second member, vinyl opening window with louvered vinyl shutters, smooth window box and brackets, bead board door with decorative strap hinges.

• 16” copper top cupola - $250

• Cupola sizing rule of thumb: 1” of cupola for every 1’ of ridge length
