Cape Codder

The steeply pitched roof line maximizes cubic footage and showcases our traditional Cape Cod style.

Vineyard Overhang

An unequal roof line creates this salt box style with a bonus: An overhang for covered outdoor storage.

Islander

If you prefer the charming salt box roofline, but have no need for outdoor storage, this spacious floor plan is the perfect choice.
