Pine Harbor Wood Products Company History
In 1973 a tornado blew through parts of western Massachusetts. On our family farm, the storm destroyed 45 acres of pristine White Pine Forest, most of which surrounded a small inlet we called the harbor. This is where our namesake began. We established a sawmill on our property to turn this destruction into something positive. After moving our sawmill to old Cape Cod in 1978, we began to bring beautiful White Pine boards and beams to our Cape Cod customers. Our production soon outran the demand so we created our first garden shed.

Sawmill Video
Here is a short video of our sawmill that was filmed back in 2000. The quality of the video is somewhat poor. Unfortunately, back in 2000, digital cameras that took video were not as good as they are today. The sawmill is no longer in operation as our production of buildings and sheds and our demand for lumber outpaced the old sawmill.
